Fence Runner is a hazy Aussie IPA made for sunny afternoons, backyard b**rs and anyone keen to hop the fence into something fruity.

It pours a soft yellow haze with a white head and brings gentle tropical aromas before rolling into citrus, subtle lychee sweetness and a mild, refreshing bitterness. Soft, bright and easy-drinking, it has enough hop character to keep IPA lovers happy without going too hard over the line. A proper little fence-hopper — in the best possible way.

Limited release from Five Barrel Brewing - No Filter Hazy IPA, 6%, $13/$42.

No Filter is a full-bodied Hazy IPA absolutely brimming with tropical fruit. It pours with a golden haze and fluffy white head, then jumps straight into freshly squeezed juice territory with candied peach, passionfruit, ripe mandarin and big breakfast-juice vibes.

The palate keeps that tropical fruit flowing, soft and full from oats and wheat, before finishing with a bright citrus lift. Daniel has properly nailed this one — juicy, smooth and packed with sunshine. Basically, fruit salad got itself a hop habit.

Dialed In is a brand new Oat Cream IPA that Range have dialed up with Manilita, Motueka, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. It pours a stunning yellow haze that glows in the glass with a dense white foam. On the nose this baby is dominated by glorious fresh kiwi hops, loads of lime and lychee, and a hint of fleshy orange. Take a sip and everything you expect from the aromas comes true on the palate, all delivered on a luxurious and silky body. Succulent hits of lime, lychee, big time Nelson passionfruit Sauv Blanc and a last rock melon finish. Light hits of orange starburst weave through proving that Citra is still all that. The finish is nothing but joose, with a soft and saturating mouthfeel bringing you back for more after every sip.

Limited release from Range Brewing - Lucky Number IPA, 6.5%, $15/$46.

Lucky Number is a brand new house-style hazy IPA that Range have dosed with a juiced up hop combo of Citra, Simcoe, NZ Cascade and Simcoe Cryo. It pours a super soft yellow gold, with a dominant haze and fluffy white foam. On the nose we're copping bursts of tropical and citrus fruit, with a backbone of zesty lime peel, mandarin and a hint of resin. Take a slurp and you'll find a heavenly mouthfeel that is so soft and luxurious that the hop notes seemingly float on in. We're getting stone fruit, juicy lime and tropical character, while NZ Cascade adds floral, gently zesty citrus, and Simcoe (with a Cryo boost) lends piney resin and a touch of dank, ripe berry. It's all rounded out with a kiss of bitterness that balances soft juice with the perfect IPA kick. The ultimate hazy crusher!
