Our latest lamb has just arrived in the Brickendon Store, with individual cuts now available for the weekend.

Whether you’re after cutlets, chops, shanks or a roast, everything is pasture-raised here at Brickendon, processed in Tasmania, and vacuum sealed for freshness.
