Meet Michaela, one of the friendly faces in our Water Treatment team 👋💧
With a strong background in customer care, Michaela knows that good advice starts with listening. She takes the time to understand what each customer needs, so she can help them find the right solution for their home and usage.
That care for others carries into life outside work. Originally from Scotland, Michaela moved to Adelaide at 13, and these days you'll find her cheering on her two kids (9 and 3). She says supporting them to overcome something difficult is the best feeling there is.
Michaela recently completed a gymnastics judging course to support her daughter, and came away full of admiration for the young athletes 🤸
When the house quietens down, she unwinds with a ball of yarn, crocheting amigurumi. Squishies are the ‘in’ thing right now, so she’s crocheting dumplings for her friend’s kids 🧶
