On Friday 10th July 6:30pm at Rydges Hunter Valley, we would love you to join us for an exclusive pre‑festival dining experience ahead of the Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival. One night, three chefs and a menu worth arriving early for - Beyond the Pour brings together bold, seasonal dishes, perfectly matched with Hunter Valley wines and a line-up of local culinary talent.

This year, Matt Dillow from the Deck Cafe Lovedale and Gartelmann Wines returns, joining Gather Executive Chef Ran Kimelfeld and Frank Fawkner of EXP.
