The Fuzion Cheesesteak
This one has been on our menu since day one. It’s had some variation over time but the heart of it has remained the same.
A house made special blend dry rub on marble score 3+ brisket. Low and slow smoked for 12 to 18 hours in the Ugly Dan Smoker on Mallee charcoal with stone wood for extra flavour. Let it rest, give it a jelly shake, slice and place on a warm and toasty Turkish style bun. All those meaty, fatty and barky bits add to that overall flavour that you just can’t beat. Add our house made liquid gold cheese sauce and maybe some Jalapeños and red onion and you’re in heaven.
This one isn’t anything fancy just a good flavour packed roll made with love.
