Wow what a crazy weekend! So much to do leading up to school holidays. This long weekend though we started with making beef bone broth ready for canning, then wrapped our first batch of salami and Coppocola, followed by Colby cheese class made with the best milk Inglenook Dairy , canning started yesterday afternoon and was completed today, and last but not least I finished planting 20 asparagus crowns which need feeding with compost. Tonight it will be rest although I’m tempted to visit Bunnings …
