We pride ourselves on having personal and direct relationships with our farmers, unlike the food that you’ll find in supermarkets which often have long and complicated supply chains. We also recognise the enormous pressure the farming community is under economically as well as from climate change.

This is why we support small, local and community owned farms and businesses. Our aim is to keep the dollars circulating locally. We know where our food comes from and who grew it.
