UPDATE: we are now fully booked for Ramen weekend!! Thank you all for the love x

We've had a sneaky holiday to recharge our batteries and are now just about to reopen from Friday 5th June for truffle season!!! As always we will kick the season off with our infamous Truffle Ramen weekend 🍜!! Rich silky pork broth, slow cooked completely from scratch over 3 days, served with home made toasted rye noodles, Asian greens, slow braised Chashu pork belly and a truffle infused egg, all finished off with the first fresh truffle of the season!! Available one weekend only, Saturday and Sunday 6th/7th of June, 11am to 4pm or until sold out. Bookings highly recommended!

Autumn has well and truly arrived on the farm and we are now closed for the month of May for a much needed break! We'll be back at the start of June for truffle season!! From June until end of August we will be open for fresh truffle and truffle product sales and tastings on Fridays and Sundays. Saturdays will be our Truffle Hunt and Harvest Lunch experiences - bookings required!

We've had some wild weather the past few days, it felt like we skipped autumn and jumped straight into winter with rain, hail, snow on the mountain and strong winds! It was nice to get up this morning and see that all our new tree protectors and w**d mats had stood up to the Tassie winds! Was a beautiful sunrise too....

Last minute spots still available for our Paint and Picnic sessions this weekend! The weather has been all over the shop - you may end up painting the view of Mount Roland with snow caps the way things are going!! ❄️😲 But we always have a cosy indoor space as a back up (probably with the fire lit) so it will be a great experience either way!

Through raw earth, deep ochres, natural organics and minerals, Palawa Pigments bring to life the whispers of the past, the rhythm of the present and the knowledge that Country is always speaking. Jacqui will guide you as you paint a scene from our truffle farm using handcrafted traditional watercolour paints. Meanwhile connect to Country through food as you enjoy a picnic platter created with truffle and other produce from our farm.
