This is a very late post…2 years ago today….😍

2019, was one of the most amazing years I’ve ever had. A busy year too. My beautiful Mum came back to visit me after nearly 14 years to open up, and do the ceremonial ribbon cutting for my first ever Solo Photographic Exhibition. This was held at Small Forest Wines in Denman NSW, owned and operated by our talented friend and winemaker, Atsuko Radcliffe. 🍷🍷🍷

My friend, Tracey Sgroi and I set up the exhibition space with Atsuko on the 3rd of September, for an opening date of the 7th of September 2019.

Then back to Sydney, 9-10 September 2019 for a Masterclass with Maggie Beer, “Creating an Appetite for Life.”
It was such a beautiful experience to witness the knowledge and infectious passion of Maggie and her amazing team.

I wanted to learn how to make tastefully made dishes for our Seniors spending time in Home Care Facilities. Creating dishes for our seniors is an art in itself.

Having Mum around for 3 months was a good way to test some dishes. 😍

I was so honoured to be able to cook and present a dish to Maggie and work alongside passionate Chefs and Cooks. I learned so much from this experience and opened my eyes to the challenging realities the industry faces everyday.

Cooking will always be part of me. But for now, I have to set aside my Chef’s whites, Hat and Apron meantime as I focus on my health and wellbeing after a year of Health issues and ongoing rehabilitation. Teaching Yoga and studying Yoga on a deeper level will be my focus for now. 🧘‍♀️

Being a Chef is immensely stressful especially in the commercial world.

Thank you to all I have met along the way in my foodie adventures, to those who have shared meals with me and countless stories. To those who have enriched my life, one flavour and one mouthful at a time. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!🙏🏻

For now, I just happily cook for myself, family and very close friends in the capacity I can.
In my own time, un-hurried, but with lots of love. ❤️❤️❤️

Have fun whatever it is you are doing…until our next dish/meal together! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

A friend of mine dropped off some capsicums and eggs from their farm. 😊❤️😊

So after my morning walk, what better way to power me up for my “Desk Work” for the rest of the day with an Open Faced Omelette.

Just added some grilled artichoke hearts, tofu, Avo and h**p seeds.

Happy Tummy! 😊

Thanks Ella! 😊❤️😊

Hello Everyone!
So when in Iso...🙃🙃🙃

I’ve been making this Ginger-Brew for nearly a year to support my immune system. I start taking this especially during the colder months to boost my immune system.

Close friends of mine and work colleagues and even my bosses were all so unwell last year and I made it a point I offered them this drink.

A very Dear friend of mine was so sick back in June. Immune system was so down...busy work schedule, sleep deprivation, study, adventures and everything else in between...now she’s a lot better. 🙏🏻

One of my bosses, who always says “is this one of your Hippie Stuff”?!!! Would eventually come to me at work during break and request for this drink. (I am so pleased and happy about that). 😍😍😍

Even my young colleagues would say, “you and your brew Annah, you’re such a Hippie Witch!” Hahaha! 😎😎😎

Mind you, we all drink this together. 😉
A year after we all still work together. 🙏🏻

I use One drop of Thieves Essential oil from Young Living Essential Oils
just to add a bit more support and keep the bugs away.

For our Firies, Police, Paramedics and Wildlife Volunteers...we are Very Grateful for what you do to keep us all safe. This is for you...🙏🏻

The recent environmental disaster that we are faced with will undoubtedly leave scars that are both visible and invisible to us all.

Some of us will be reactive, passive and maybe indifferent and just simply overwhelmed by it all. Nothing wrong with that, it’s just the way it is.

Reaching out to help assist and rebuild may come in many different ways and means...

Padaba Yoga would like to invite all the Firies, Police, Paramedics and Wildlife Volunteers in our Community to come and attend any of our classes in the Denman and Muswellbrook areas (classes start 20 January 2020).
Please Allow us to facilitate a “Rest and Recovery” practice for you in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. We have recently received requests to teach once more in Scone. We will let you know if this eventuates.

Padaba Yoga, together with my current students welcome you to join us in 2020.

No words can express how grateful we all are for the service you do
to our community.

❤️❤️❤️For each Firey, Paramedic, Police and Wildlife Volunteer, as a thank you, you can avail of 5 classes for free for Year 2020. Come and Join us when you’re ready. Let’s start rebuilding Wellness,”One breath at a Time, One Asana at a Time.”❤️❤️❤️

I look forward to meeting you all soon.

Namaste 🙏🏻

Everyday I have a shot or 2 of Ningxia RED, depending on activities I have lined up for the day. It’s a great source of anti-oxidants. I’ve been using Young Living Essential Oils (Young Living Australia) for nearly a year and it has helped a lot with my overall health.
This (Non-Alcoholic) Watermelon Bomb is just perfect for our 44C temperature like today! 👩‍🍳
Please keep safe and hydrated everyone! 🙏🏻
