The Pines garden will be open all of Rose Week to visitors. We are also offering tours and devonshire tea on both Saturdays and Sunday weekends. Come spend some relaxing time with us.

Started out our day with 3 lovely ladies celebrating a birthday, then another group of 4 joined for tours and tea... then another group of 8 joined us for afternoon tea. Like in the good old days, we're always prepared scones in the freezer, home made jam in the cupboard and welcoming Loxton hospitality. They all went home impressed and with full bellies.🥰

The secret is out, we are holding a Picnic in the Pines ground Sat Nov 14th. It has been many years since our last event due to falling volunteer numbers but we are excited to try again. If you would like to assist for an hr on the day contact Jill on the number in the poster or message the fb page.

This was the 3rd group of visitors to come to the Pines this week. These lovely Queenslanders just off the Princess cruise from Mannum enjoying a tour of the house and gardens and some banter on football. 😆

We had the pleasure of hosting the Kerang Car Club in beautiful weather yesterday afternoon. It is great to chat with visitors who enjoy travelling and getting to know the places they visit. You are welcome back anytime.

Loxton Community Heritage Group AGM
Thurs 10th Sept, 7pm @ the Village Institute.
Light refreshments will be provided.

The AGM is a great opportunity for members to come together, hear about what has been happening at Loxton Historical Village and the Pines Historical House and Garden over the past year, and have their say on matters that are important including nominating and voting for Board Members.
We are looking for strong community minded people, who have a intetest in history and tourism to nominate for the board. You do not need to be a volunteer but hold a current membership to the LCHG ( Village, Pines) to nominate.
Come along and support your community venues.
