G’day, wine enthusiasts! 🌞🍇 Despite the curveballs Mother Nature threw our way in 2025, our vineyard has shown incredible resilience. We’re excited to share some juicy updates from our blocks:
1️⃣Block 1 Mataro: Taking its time to ripen, these grapes are basking in the sun, developing rich, robust flavours.⏳🌿
4️⃣Block B4 Cabernet Sauvignon: Enjoying a leisurely maturation, our Cab Sav promises a complex and delightful profile.🍷✨
2️⃣5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣Shiraz Blocks (2, 5, 6, 7): Our Shiraz vines are flourishing! Special kudos to Block 6—after some rejuvenation love, it’s producing fruit that’s truly exceptional.🌟🍇
3️⃣Block 3 Grenache: Consistently top-notch, our Grenache upholds its Grade A Barossa reputation.🏅🍇
