SALES CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION

We want our people to have the opportunity to make Ingham’s products the centre of their family table. Factory Outlet Sales give Ingham’s employees and m

embers of the public the opportunity to easily acquire the wonderful products which may not meet full retail requirements. Factory Outlet products may include:
• Damaged packaging / cartons
• Products with imperfections during manufacturing
• There may be trays short in a carton.
• On, or close to, best before date

Any defects to products have been carefully considered and products have been priced accordingly & there are no refunds or returns given. All product sold through staff/outlet sales is compliant with all applicable food safety standards as required either by Australian or New Zealand law and/or by Ingham’s internal policies and standards. Nutritional Information is available at point of purchase if required but it should be recognised that all products may contain allergens. It is the responsibility of the Factory Outlet customer to seek this information should your family have allergen issues. All product should be kept refrigerated below 4° and consumed before the Use By date on the carton. Product with less than 3 days until Use By Date should not be frozen but should be consumed fresh before the Use By Date. These products have been made available at discounted prices for your family to enjoy and the must not under any circumstances be on sold. (This is a serious breach of company policy and trading laws). Ingham’s facilities are operated cashless, therefore all payments must be made via the EFTPOS terminals available. There is also a strict No Refunds or returns Policy. All Ingham’s employees/outlet sales customers are limited to 3 cartons per day to ensure that all employees and members of the community have an opportunity to purchase.
