Many will remember Reg with his beanie, green Holden ute, and broad smile, who was a regular at coastal markets. Reg brought his two younger sons into the business, and for over 20 years, large quantities of fruit and veg where produced at the family farm at Mount Arapiles in western Victoria. When Reg contracted cancer, Phil took over the family concern, with production of veggies moving to Phil

and Rosie's farm at Stuart Mill in central Victoria. A large orchard had been established there in 2002, but it wasn't until late 2011 that veggies were planted on a large scale. The farm specialises in the growing of greens, particularly broccoli, cauliflower, celery, kale, peas and beans, cabbage and Chinese greens. Phil sources avocados, grapes, leeks, dried fruit, and tropical fruit from other organic producers to complement what is able to be produced on his property. The family's aim (now that the rain has come) is to produce more quantity and variety, with a focus on heirloom and specialty varieties. Some of their most popular lines are apple cucumbers, radish, and bunched beetroot, none of which are commercially common. Phil and Rosie are currently based in south-western Victoria.
