Happy Fathers Day! Especially to this extremely hung over bloke 😂 there was another very special event on last night 💙❤️💛
Stall is open today with lots of GF DF sourdough loaves, GF cinnamon scrolls , & GF DF blueberry pecan muffins.
Crumpets are on their way and a little late today as you can see my little stove was busy cooking brekky for my one and only 😂

Macadamia & white chocolate cookies in the oven and I might even get a sourdough brownie in there too 🤞

Lots of cinnamon scrolls on the stall today. And some antipasto foccacia in the oven!
And of course gluten free & dairy free sourdough loaves, crumpets and muffins

Goodmorning! Look what I splurged on this week! ( I should be saving for a new double oven but I couldn’t resist 😂)
Plus…. Helps chill my anxiety about having cream cheese icing on the cinnamon scrolls out side for too long! Not that they last very long on the table! This way they stay fresh, and I recommend reheating in the microwave or airfryer lightly before eating to soften them up!

NEW FLAVOUR ALERT! 🥬

REUBEN GF SOURDOUGH 🤤

Okayyy this one might be a new favourite!

My GF sourdough loaded with my own fresh Sauerkraut , slow cooked silverside beef, Swiss cheese and a thousand island dressing made completely from scratch.

I even used some of the sauerkraut brine in the dressing, along with the amazing garlic confit from Haaseford Farms Garlic 🤌

As always, I’ve used as many local ingredients as I can 💚

And yes… sliced Swiss cheese because apparently grated Swiss was too much to ask of the shops that day 😂 Grated will definitely be making an appearance in the next batch!

A little bit crunchy, a little bit indulgent and VERY Reuben-y.
