My beautiful and very generous friend Jade gifted me a few kilos of her 100% spray free mulberries today!
I’m so flipping excited to make some jam!!
I’m thinking a gut loving low sugar mulberry and chia seed jam. Let the recipe tweaking begin…

So sorry all, I need to take a little break for a couple of weeks again 😢
If I was a boy I would use the phrase “ I’m ba* deep in book work” 😂
As a lot of you know I also have a hairdressing salon that I need to put in a good lot of hours into catching up on some behind the scenes stuff. ( I hate this part of the job) I’m a little behind eeek!

I also am doing something soooooo exciting and Kinda crunchy related! Next Saturday i leave for Cairns and attending a Gut health cooking retreat with Jo Whitton - Quirky Cooking! I attended this same retreat a few years ago and it’s where Jo taught me how to make sauerkraut and other fermented goodness. Im so excited to bring some new skills home! Yayyyy
So once I’ve caught up and stopped been a slave to my laptop and Xero accounting software and learnt some new cooking skills I’ll be back to it and open for orders from the 1st of November 🙏

Bit late posting today as I’ve been super busy in the kitchen with pre orders 🙏
And I wanted to wait until I got the Ham cheese scrolls and Vegemite and cheese ones in the oven
So I could take a piccy! 😉
The top left veggie cheese scroll looks a little “how ya goin” so I think I better eat that one myself! Hehe

G L U T E N F R E E H A M & C H E E S E

I have been playing around with some ideas after one of my Beautful OG customers gave me a request from her son! whilst they are not perfect yet that goey mix of Swiss, cheddar and pecorino cheese has filled my kitchen with all the good smells 😂
I know “Ham” is definitely not classed as a gut friendly food, so it’s kinda not my vibe. BUT this ham is nitrate , gluten and preservative free!
So as a weekend treaty it’s acceptable.
If you can stop at one that is! 😂
I’ll have some out on the stall table in around 10’mins. They just got to cool a little from been freshly baked!

Lots of other Gluten free gut living goodies on the tables today , open until sundown

Beautiful day spent at the markets today and was so nice to be able to meet some of your gorgeous faces ❤️
I know I said I wouldn’t open this weekend from home…. But if I’m turning on the new oven for 1 loaf we might as well chuck in 6 😂
So the stall will be open tomorrow (Sunday) with gluten free dairy free Sourdough loaves & Crumpets, Gluten free Cinnamon Scrolls and I decanted a heap of Kimchi / Sauerkraut ferments this week that were finally ready and will be out on the stall table from 10am!

Let me know if you would like me to pop anything aside for you.
