Another one of my favourites…
PONDEROSA!
This is probably one of my favourites for the flavour it brings to some of the most basic dishes. If your not feeling as adventurous as a Hot Dip, try some on your steak, chicken or pork with some nice warm vegetables to bring in the cool season 🥰 A touch of spice like everything nice, this one will be one of your favs too!

This hot dip was taste tested on the weekend and it was a HIT!
For the first 20 orders to come in each day from Tuesday to Friday this week, we’ll add a FREE Ponderosa Spice sample and this recipe to your order so you can make it at home.
Ponderosa Hot Dip
INGREDIENTS
250g cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated, tasty cheese
100g pitted kalamata olives
150g salami, diced
1 green capsicum, diced
1 small Spanish onion, diced
2 Tbsp Ponderosa Spice
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
Place into oven proof dish or pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with pita crisps.
VARIATIONS:
Use these fancy additions or replacements to spruce up the flavour!
2 Tbsp Italiano or Thyme for Garlic or Chive & Onion Spice
275g Marinated artichokes, diced
150g White cocktail onions
100g Sun-dried tomatoes
Make in a cob loaf instead of baking dish
