The Dawson Family Owned & Operated the Bakery for 30Years after purchasing from the Alcorns family, after 55 years of dedication to the baking industry Joyce Dawson has now sold the bakery to the Sihdu family 29th June 2023. Freshly Baked Breads, Pies, Sausage Rolls, Cakes, Sweet Buns, Donuts, Sweets & Birthday Cakes. Alcorns Bakery Mackay is 56 years Young in 2023,
