Gemchi & Me Gemchi & Me grew from the need to provide a Gluten, Dairy and Soy Free alternative to dairy products for my eldest daughter.
(3)

My daughter developed eczema at 4 months of age and after many Doctor and Skin Specialist appointments I began to research natural alternatives. After a friends referral to a Naturopath and subsequent food intolerance testing my husband and I decided to manage her condition through diet rather than traditional creams, ointments and medication. Like any young child Cheese was one of her favourites. Due to her intolerances most alternatives were not suitable, so I set about making one. After 2 years of development and testing, many people without food intolerances are loving my cheese as well. This is just the beginning and I have more exciting products to come.
