We have a few new followers so thought we should (re) introduce the family behind Middle Creek!

We are the McNaughton family, living the good life on Middle Creek at the foot of the Bunya Mountains. We love our kelpies, cows, horses & chooks! We also love this little Middle Creek community & sharing life on our farm with you all 🥰

Our beautiful Flicka girl. She’s pretty keen to get back chasing cows. With her pups almost 2 weeks now, she will be back out soon enough!

This girl is pretty bloody special! Three months and already rounding up the weaners on her own ( they’re very quiet so it’s perfect)
Tess is bold, smart as a whip & very biddable. She’s a once in a lifetime dog, who has come along at the perfect time. Her old man Dusty is really showing his age and we are so looking forward to seeing him live on in his progeny 💜

Our sweet Tess! I have a feeling she’s gonna be one of the best. She’s just the easiest, calmest, smartest pup.
Just 3 months and already..
1. Sit, stay, lay
2. On lead & off lead recall
3. Comes to feed chooks, stalks them but sits and stays exactly where we tell her when we tell her
4. Manners are immaculate including with our toddler who is also able to handle her.

If you have bought a pup off us you would have heard me say, we don’t claim to be dog trainers. We have proven genetics & pride ourselves on providing an environment that brings out our dog’s natural instinct & talents. When they leave here the rest is up to you!
