Our biggest market yet. 🤯❤️

Yesterday at Samoan Independence Day, we sold over 500 cookies and honestly, we’re still trying to process it all.

What most people don’t see is the 4 big days of prep, the late nights, the early starts, the endless dishes, the dough rolling, baking, packing and loading. There were definitely moments where we wondered how we were going to get it all done.

A huge thank you to our family and friends who jumped in to help wherever they could. Whether it was baking, packing, setting up, cleaning up, running errands or simply cheering us on, we couldn’t have done it without you.

To everyone who stopped by, bought a cookie, shared our stall, or supported us in any way – thank you. Every single purchase means the world to a small business like ours.

From baking cookies at home to serving hundreds of people at one of Newcastle’s biggest community events… what a journey it’s been.

Masarap Cookie Co will be at the Samoan Independence Day celebrations on the 6th of June at The Station, Newcastle from 10am–4pm (or until sold out 👀)

We’ll be serving up loaded cookies, brownies, .supply cold brew, our signature Ube Latte, iced drinks & leche flan all day long 🍪🍮

This event is extra special to us because Zay is part Samoan, so he’s super excited and proud to be a part of the celebrations this year ❤️
