Oakford bred double at Roma - 20/06/26

It's just over 1500km from the farm to Roma in Queensland but that didn't stop us producing a couple of winners there in Saturday just gone.

MAGICAL SLIPPER brought up win number 10 in dominant fashion in the 3rd. Then KARIACTION picked up win 5 in equally impressive fashion in the 6th.

BANKER'S WARRIOR (ex FLOWER STOMPER) - 3yo G - Grunt x Oakford Lass

2 from 2 in Malaysia. Top video is him breaking his maiden, making his own luck from the front and being too tough for them in the straight. Bottom video is his latest victory, where he again lead from the jump before powering away from them at the finish.

From our crop sent to Adelaide for the Magic Millions yearling sale in 2024. He was bought by Anthony and Sam Freedman and raced in oz as Flower Stomper. He was exported to Malaysia where he has thrived.

Many more to come from him in the future.

Breaks his maiden at Kembla Grange today going from last to first in the blink of an eye. Plenty to learn for this bloke. A $100,000 purchase by Proven Thoroughbreds from our draft at the 2024 Magic Millions Adelaide yearling sale. They liked him so much the purchased his half brother by Grunt from this years draft.

Last week was a nice week for the farm. In very contrasting fashion.

First up was Easter Sunday, where CONTILDA'S LOVE stormed home from last to win at the Sunshine Coast.

Then on Friday the 10th HERE COMES RUBY lead all the way over 2200m to win at Werribee.
