At the Cedar Street Cheeserie in Maleny, Queensland, is widely known for outstanding fresh buffalo cheeses and butters made from jersey cream. An artisinal cheesemaker, Trevor Hart practises his craft using traditional farmhouse styles to these create exceptional fresh cheeses. The traditional farmhouse process allows the cheeses gain a beautiful balance of flavour and texture. Butters are: Cultured butter, Black Truffle Butter, Saffron Butter.

I'll beat the powerhouse markets with my fresh cheese and butters this Saturday. Oh Brisbane I've missed you. It's been at least 5 weeks since I've been to the Powerhouse market.
