Join Our Harvest Team 🌾

We're gearing up for harvest and looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our crew. Start mid-October for 6–8 weeks of work across Mallowa NSW, Hebel QLD & Walgett NSW – with regular travel between sites.

Truck Driver – MC licence preferred, road ranger experience essential.
Ground Staff – No experience needed, just a great attitude.
Harvest Cook – Experience required.
Chaserbin Operator – Experience required.

Comfortable accommodation with air con & Wi-Fi.
Above award wages.
Great team & work environment.
Manual licences required for all roles.
Couples welcome to apply.

x3 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. Machinery Operator / Farm Hand
Full time position with regular periods of long hours.
Operating modern, well-maintained machinery and equipment including Goldacres G6 spray rig.
Experience operating and maintaining large plant machinery essential.
MC truck licence and / or other tickets / licences advantageous however not essential.
Chemical experience desirable, however training and accreditation available for the right candidate.

2. Property and Garden Maintenance
Full time work doing a variety of jobs. Would suit a semi-retired person or couple however open to all candidates.
General ongoing maintenance of property, gardens, and pools.
Must have experience in garden maintenance including watering, whipper snippering, lawn mowing (ride on), weeding, hedging, mulching, removing garden waste, etc.
Experience in garden establishment advantageous but not essential.
Role/s would also include general accommodation / property maintenance and cleaning.
Occasional farm hand work and / or administrative work available to the right candidates.
Must have experience with and a love of animals, in particular dogs.

3. Builder / Carpenter and / or Fencer
Looking to quote and potentially renovate accommodation and / or install workers accommodation.
Work also available to install residential and / or rural fencing.

All positions located MALLOWA NSW, with regular travel to HEBEL QLD and WALGETT NSW.
Initially casual roles, however ongoing permanent or sponsored positions available to the right candidates.
Above award wages (negotiable based on experience).
Comfortable accommodation provided (including air conditioning and Wi-Fi).
The right candidates will be reliable, flexible, and adaptable, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and a sound attention to detail.
They will also be willing to travel between properties and stay on site for extended periods of time and can work well both independently and in a team environment.
Manual drivers licence required.
This is a great opportunity to join a small, yet dynamic and growing family farming business.
