What a wonderful, rewarding, motivating whirlwind rollercoaster of a first week trading at Mach 1 Lunch Bar. Thank You for the gorgeous Lemon and Chai Cupcakes for our opening - they were a big hit. Thank you for all your help and continued support in our coffee and cafe journey. Thank you Jess visuals for being a part in our journey and bringing creativity to Mach 1 Lunch Bar. Thank you to for our gorgeous bread, Sausage Rolls and Pies. Cheers to everyone that has come in so far. There’s so many wonderful people out there - local businesses, neighbour’s , friends, family, suppliers, bakers and so so many more. Bring on next week.

The Mach 1 Journey is progressing at the speed of sound! 
After dumping 2 van loads of junk at the tip and getting zapped with a minor electric shock ⚡️we now have new electrics, plumbing, serving counter and a fantastic coffee machine ready to caffeinate your soul.
Big shout out to Dave at Iplumb WA, Darren at Energised Installs, Craig at Griffiths Living Solutions, Fleur at Leaf Bean Machine and Jess at JCH Visuals for your amazing work.
