I’ve sorted through my blues as promised 🫶🏻 I’m going to grow them out for a little bit longer and then they’ll be available.

I have an entire pen of grow outs who are waiting on me to sort through and pick my keepers 😫 I keep putting it off because it’s haaaard. This girl is one of them. After some serious consultations with friends 😂 we’ve decided to grow her out a bit longer.

My young blue growers are giving me some nice smooth combs and foot feathering. Excited to watch them grow out 🤗

All the babies trying to get to the snack lady (me) 😂

I like to have my growers raised so that they’re on a similar level to me. That makes me naturally less intimidating as I’m not looming over them. They learn very quickly to associate me with positive experiences - feed, snacks, fresh water etc.
