Aussie Manuka (Leptospermum polygalifolium) — 200 grown from seed 🌱

Upgrading from forestry trays into 125mm pots now, to grow strong through winter in the Sydney sun… then planted out at the Rylstone Raw Honey Farm come spring.

Future nectar flow starts years ahead….

When 4th feels like a win.

A few years in the making, I finally entered the Sydney Royal Easter Show National Honey Competition.

Our best result:
Class 30 – Liquid honey, standard colour (light) — 4th, just off the podium.

Harvested at the height of the season, with big eucalypts in full blossom flow.
Same day extraction — raw, unheated and coarse filtered — keeping the flavor’s of the Aussie bush.

Small batch, raw honey out of the Central Tablelands — Rylstone, NSW.

Fresh season raw honey flowing out of Ink Press Cafe - Newsagent. Just see Frank for some coffee and a jar of the best. On Sydney Road Fairlight Shops. Will have some stock in from Monday. All hives are now nestled on the edge of Wollemi National Park in Rylstone, NSW.
