A little while back, 🌶👑 Sam from .mamasitas sent us an epic care package of her spicy goodness out West for us to try🙏🏾❣️

- Uncle Tuk's Curry Puffs with Ginger Ninja
As if Uncle Tuks curry puffs could get any better! The Ginger Ninja paired immensely well and was the perfect addition for a lunch on the go.

- Classic Pork Dumplings with Mango Mami
Added a little dash of soy to set off this simple yet staple meal. The fruitiness of the mango bringing a lovely lighter note that mixed into fresh homegrown salad perfectly.

A little update from our

"Recently I had some unfortunate diagnoses which require I take it a bit slower. In usual fashion I listened, but not very hard.. 😅🤦🏾‍♂️
Last week my body gave me a warning that made me listen.

So in the best interests of my health I'm going to take it slower this year. You'll still find me every week and online all year round, but outside of that, the business will need to be more of a hobby for the time being. I'll do my best to make it out where I can, to the commitments already confirmed, but I've pushed my luck far enough and it's time to take some proper care for myself.
