Like her namesake city, Sydney is lively, salt-kissed and iconic.
Imported all the way from Florida, Sydney loves to fill her days baking treats for the team, balancing things on her head or taking part in pretty much anything competitive.
If you’re lucky enough to have Sydney host your tasting you can expect plenty of laughs, a ton of energy and an unwavering enthusiasm for Walsh & Sons (and pickleball).
