Merlot + Cabernet Franc + Petit Verdot
Deep ruby with vibrant crimson hues. Aromas of black cherry, mulberry and plum are complemented by dried herbs, cedar and sweet baking spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied with concentrated dark fruit, fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Layers of cocoa, spice and subtle oak create complexity before a log persistent and elegant finish.

Another cracking review of our favourite little green one!

‘Deep inky purple with an intense crimson edge, this Petit Verdot shows serious concentration and depth. The nose is rich and fragrant, with blackcurrant, blueberry and dark plum leading, supported by violets, cocoa and hints of clove. On the palate it’s medium to full-bodied with dense black fruit, firm tannins and well-integrated oak. Layers of dark chocolate, spice and savoury earthiness build through the w**e, while the finish is powerful, persistent and utterly seductive’.

‘Deep ruby with crimson highlights. Aromas of redcurrant, black cherry and wild raspberry are complemented by dried herbs, cedar and subtle black pepper. Delicate floral notes add lift and freshness. The palate is medium-bodied with vibrant red and black berry flavours, fine tannins and bright natural acidity. Hints of graphite, spice and earthy savouriness provide complexity before a long, graceful finish. Beautiful balance and vitality. This w**e is alive.

‘Deep garnet with an inky crimson core. The aromatics are rich and layered with blackcurrant, cassis and ripe blackberry with hints of cedar, to***co leaf and dark chocolate. Firm tannins give the w**e real structure, while the judicious use of French oak integrates beautifully, adding espresso, graphite and savoury herbs.
