I have been building and using this for the last 4 months, full tracking of our farm from start to finish. Growth, yield, projections, contamination, QR codes, cost breakdown and more

Hi, from your friendly neighbourhood mushroom farmers 👨🏻‍🌾👋🏼👩🏼‍🌾

We moved to our family’s property in Markwood in 2021, where we began building our modular mushroom farm with the help of Adam’s mum & stepdad. Adopting a “f*** around and find out attitude”, together we began learning how to grow specialty gourmet mushrooms 🍄‍🟫

From makeshift grow tents in a garage to three shipping containers, our farm has grown considerably from its humble beginnings. Now supplying specialty gourmet mushrooms to chefs & farmers markets across North East Victoria, all while we raise our three kids 👱🏼‍♀️👧🏻👦🏻

So come say g’day at our next market, or swing by the farm on the fourth Sunday each month to learn more about how we farm and what’s coming next (more info on our website 🔗 ) 🚜

See how and why we got into mushroom farming with tours running from 10-2pm on the fourth Sunday every month (our next tour August 23rd)

Come for a day trip, enjoy a tour then pop down the road to Ava - Milawa Casual Restaurant, Henley’s Wine Bar & Kitchen, Merlot Restaurant Bar | Lancemore Milawa or Brown Brothers Winery for a spot of lunch in the Milawa Gourmet Region region

Entry $10 for those over 12. See you at the farm
