There is a long friendship between Us and Maison Samaran. They are passionate and have handed down their knowledge over several generations. By using both modern processes with traditional techniques they produce the highest quality products giving respect to both man and nature. Founded in 1968, it has become in 40 years the leading address of all Toulouse Gourmets and lovers of foie gras. Their lasting relationship with a loyal customer base of individuals and restaurateurs contributes to its reputation today. With a modernised manufacturing site near Toulouse, the family business maintains a true traditional knowledge combined with a standardised environment and high quality of control. The products are always cooked the traditional way and different recipes - pâtés, confits, terrines, cassoulet with duck confit ... inspired by regional cuisine, cooked with the home in mind. The Company has forty employees passionate about their work, working with twenty local traditional farmers: true partners selected and managed by the House Samaran, in the Midi-Pyrénées region.
