Food Thurs to Saturday, you’re best to grab a pie from across the street because a) they are delicious and b) we’re not running the kitchen at full tilt.

 🏭11-13 Brompton St: Commemorative Blend: A commemorative blend of aged ales celebrating our time brewing and blending beer at this wonderful site down the end of a dead-end road in the back of Marrickville which served as our home for the past decade. Please note that 3 litre, 6 litre and 9 litre bottles are only available to collect in-person at Wildflower. We cannot ship them. $26/750ml, $140/6x750ml, $270/12x750ml, $60/1.5l, $180/3l, $500/6l, $900/9l.

🖼️11-13 Brompton St Tea Towel: Functional art made by Benny. $25

✨Village 2025: Wildflower x Mountain Culture Collaboration : The final blend of our multi-year collaboration with MCBC. Made in the methods of Belgian Lambic, this ale is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years-old barrels of wort fermented by yeast and bacteria from the nighttime air of Katoomba.  $36/750ml, $205/6x750ml, $390/12x750ml.

💚 Organic Table Beer Batch #24: Likely the most noticeable beer we have made, certainly the one with the widest reach. I’ll always be proud of the market this little beer carved out for itself. $20/4pk, $65/case.

❤️Amber Blend #46: A rich and complex malt-accentuated barrel aged ale wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW. $26/750ml

friends, sydneysiders, lambic enthusiasts, we have the distinct pleasure to once again be custodians of this rather special haul.

this saturday 25 Apr we will be tapping and listing the whole lot in conjunction with breweries and venues around the world to celebrate the 16th Zwanze Day, an event conceptualised and initiated by in 2008 to bring together lambic enthusiasts globally.

now from 12-4 on the day, we’ll be closed to the general public for the seated/allocated part of the event which we ran the charity raffle for last month.

but, as you can clearly see, there is a significant amount of lambic to share and we will opening at 4pm for everyone to enjoy.

so even if you missed out on the raffle, please do feel most welcome to come and join us then… it’s gonna be a great day with croque monseuir, wheels of Belgian cheese direct from 🙏 and frites avec sauce andalouse

while we expect the 2026 zwanze beers to be completed before 4pm, I will be rather shocked if we get through all the servings of gueuze, kriek, rose de gambrinus, grand cru bruoscella, st lamvinus, le plasir, mamouche, vigneronne, sang bleu, nath and cuvee saint-gilloise.

Hosting this event here in Sydney three times has been one of the great honours of our time on Brompton St. While we have yet to know what the next steps for us look like, we know for sure that this weekend will be a special one and our admiration for this anderlect brewery will remain.

Thank you Jean and your whole team for the exceptional amount of work providing this opportunity for those of us who love this style of beer to be together.
