There may have been some changes over the years (refurbishments, new faces, new skills), but the quality and the service haven't budged since 1868. Back then it was meat safes out the back and no electricity to speak of.

A shop with this kind of history comes with a standard attached, and we're proud to keep earning it. Thank you to all of our wonderful customers who keep the legend growing.
