Position: Brand Ambassador (Sampling & Demo)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Represent 4B+ in supermarkets and retail stores through in-store product sampling and demonstrations.
This is a customer-facing role where you will actively engage shoppers, offer product tastings, explain product benefits, and support sales at the point of purchase.
If you enjoy talking to people, working in retail environments, and promoting products directly to customers, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Run in-store tastings and product demonstrations at supermarkets and retail stores
• Promote 4B+ products and support sales at point of sale
• Maintain product displays and ensure brand visibility
• Participate in photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns
• Engage customers, share brand stories, and collect feedback
• Support product launches and promotional events
• This is NOT an influencer or social media role. You will be working on-site in retail stores, interacting directly with customers.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
• Employment type: Casual
• Shift hours: Between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating schedule with flexibility based on availability on the weekdays and weekends

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Confident, friendly, and outgoing
• Well-presented and punctual
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable on camera (photos & video)
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Enthusiastic about product promotion and customer interaction
• No prior experience required — full training will be provided

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Australian work rights
• Willingness to provide a Police Clearance
• Willingness to provide a Medical Health Certificate
• Comfortable participating in marketing and media activities
• Registered vehicle for transportation

PERKS
• $28 – $32 per hour inclusive of casual loading + superannuation
• Paid initial training
• Flexible rotating schedule
• Ongoing career development opportunities
