A hunch worth planting. 🌿

When the Moritz Road vineyard joined the family in 2019, we knew this sandy, southeast-facing Blewitt Springs block needed a plan of its own.
So, in 2022, we planted Fiano, a heat-loving Mediterranean variety that takes its time to ripen. It felt like the perfect match for the vineyard.
The new 2026 Moritz Fiano proves the hunch paid off. Ripe stone fruit and lemon zest meet roasted almond and a beautifully textured palate, thanks to fermentation in stainless steel and seasoned French oak.
Fresh, layered and finishing crisp. Enjoy it now or cellar it for up to three years.

Due to the forecasted rain, our Winter Pavilion/Gin Long Canteen will be closed this Sunday 9 August. ☔️

Our cellar door will be open as usual from 11am–4pm, comfortable, dry, and ready to welcome you for tastings and a relaxed indoor experience.
