Established in 1998 by Merv and Dawne Thomas, in one of McLaren Vales premier vineyards, Thomas Vineyard Estate consistently produces Shiraz grapes of A grade quality. The fruit is crafted into an elegant single vineyard Shiraz wine, estate grown. The Thomas label Shiraz is a 'Big Red' and will appeal to people who like a robust wine with distinctive fruit and berry characteristics. It is matured in French oak, and although it makes an excellent drinking wine now, it greatly improves with age.
