2026 has been a long late vintage and with winter almost here, it’s time to catch up on sleep and odd jobs. 😴📥

We’re very excited with what’s in the cellar from 2026. 🤗 Showcasing some aromatic and stylish whites with magnificent medium framed red wines, a Blewitt Springs hallmark.

A few new helpers at the farm too. 🐝’s on board for pink gum blossoming. Not an annual event, but lovely to have them up here working away. 🍯

💙💙Happy 50th Birthday Springs Hill Vineyard💙💙

We watched this vintage evolve without time to think, just react. Lean rainfall and an honest South Australian summer gave us pristine fruit with thick skins full of colour, flavour and potential.

Fermenting these two picks really was a case of ‘less is more’ when it came to working them as the natural tannin base was rather epic.

2025 celebrates 50 years of Springs Hill Vineyard as well, a very special wine for the site and to the Whaite Family who nurtured it for the 49 years prior.

‘There’s such a site signature here…’ brings so much joy to us thank you 🥰.

It’s long been our intent to show the sites we make wine from have their own character and each year it’s presented differently due to the season it grew through.

Because you all loved the 2024 release so much… this 2025 is currently live and for sale on our website. 💙

About halfway through intake so far with Lacey Fiano, Marmont and Springs Hill Grenache tucked away. Lovely balance so far for this slightly later season. Excited by what’s in and what’s to come 🥰💜🐕

BIG congratulations to all the other producers, some lovely wines on the table for lunch.
We’re particularly proud of the Best Small Producer trophy, plenty of hard work lately and this is a lovely result. 🥰🍾😊

This one's for the Whaite family, who bravely chased their dream in 1974 and nurtured Springs Hill Vineyard for 50 incredible years. We're honored to continue their legacy.

Back to it at Springs Hill after a some terrific visits showcasing our latest wines in New South Wales. From everyone we visited in Sydney’s northern beaches, Newcastle, The Hunter Valley and Sydney CBD, thank you for your time and support 🙌.

It genuinely excites us both when we do trade that people, 1). know who we are… and 2). even like our wines!

To the incredible team a HUGE thank you for helping spread our story and wines, plus helping us grow, we couldn’t be happier. 🤝🥰

We’re VERY excited to share we have been shortlisted in this year’s awards for ‘Best Value Winery of the year.’ 🤗

It’s a lovely acknowledgement and something we could never have achieved without the support of family and friends and ALL aspects of our business and companies we work with striving for the highest quality. Thank you 🤝

A special acknowledgement must be paid to our growers, The Cross, Lacey, Rosback and Whaite families…, take a bow and thank you. 🍇🚜

Value is something we hold in high regard when it comes to our business and we are VERY aware of with our wines. We constantly ask ourselves, ‘Does this wine stack up for its price and are we delivering on its market value?’ Well….? Perhaps we are. 😊

Thankyou to and for this shortlisting nomination and the beautiful way in which you describe our wines. It’s awesome! To be in this group amongst friends and peers whose wine we admire is a lovely feeling.

A BIG thanks to our friends and distributors Ches and Dan for an awesome week in London 🇬🇧. Another first for us heading to the UK to support our growing little brand. We met some truly lovely folks ( and 🐕) along the way and had a terrific time sharing our wines and story. Thank you & hopefully see you and 🇬🇧 all again soon 🙌🍷

🧡 Our beautiful girl Ginny passed away over Easter.

We are utterly heartbroken and still in shock after losing her so soon, following the sudden discovery of a tumour on her heart.

Anyone who met Ginny knows just how special she was. She had a quiet magic about her—stealing hearts wherever she went with her gentle nature and irresistible charm.

The people’s princess.
Chaser of bungs.
Defender of the water hose.
Cheese tax collector.
Paralian’s Employee of the Month—every single month.

We feel incredibly lucky to have been chosen as her humans, and to have shared nearly 13 wonderful years with this majestic creature.

Please, universe—be gentle with us as we adjust to life without Ginny by our side. 💔

Rest easy, beautiful girl.
You were so loved, and we will love and miss you always.

Earliest and fastest vintage on record for us. First pick was 10/2/25 and last 4/3/25. Usually we start at the earliest first week of March. It’s been busy to say the least… but the results are looking very promising. Driest season since 1967 is the word and with 488mm in the gauge last year and not a drop since… we can’t argue. No rain just yet please as vintage rolls on strong for plenty but if you know someone who has influence up there… please give them a nudge.
