Sabella Vineyards Sabella is a pseudonym which has traveled with the Petrucci family name over six generations from it's original country of origin to Australia.

The release of our own w**es has been developed on the basis of a successful marriage between viticulture and w**emaking and bearing the Statue of Abundance - this symbol epitomizes the values which we share with the fine qualities of w**e and life itself. Nestled in the heart of McLaren Vale for 30 years we have devoted passion and tradition in our vineyards opting for an approach where quality outweighs all other substitutes and continuing with this philosophy we will endeavour to share with you these fine qualities. With property holdings spanning 110 acres - not all the fruit from the family vineyards is processed for the Sabella Vineyards labels but having the luxury of picking and choosing small parcels which standout from the other sections of the vineyards has always been a bonus. Low yielding vineyards have always been a big factor in developing and maintaining quality fruit driven w**es for this label - the other factors in w**emaking are sometimes irrelevant unless the fruit is at perfection during harvest. Traditional w**e making techniques and small batches has proven a successful combination where the separation of free-run from the pressings has resulted in different final w**es. The blending bottling packaging of all the Sabella w**es has been a family orientated activity since the inception of the label and we would like to share our ongoing commitment to the w**e industry with all of you. …And if we’re in the mood? Cannoli. Or something fun (think ragu + chilli curd toasties) off the secret menu. 👀

It’s a takeaway joint with a few seats tossed in.
No bookings. No white linen.
Just warm food, quick bites, and friendly faces.
