Big news from the Bees Knees team!
We've been sitting on this one for a while and we can finally tell you about it. We're opening a café in McLaren Vale called Hive 190, and honestly we can't wait to have you in.
Picture this: sitting outside in the sun with a good coffee, something fresh out of the oven in front of you, the kids running about, no rush to be anywhere. That's the feeling we're chasing. The outdoor space is the heart of it for us, a proper spot to settle in, catch up, and take your time.
There'll be breakfast and lunch, fresh baked bread, great coffee, and a fridge full of ready-made meals for the nights when cooking just isn't happening. Anyone who remembers our previous café days will know how much that time meant to us, so we're bringing back a few old favourites we've really missed, along with some brand new things we can't wait to put in front of you.
For us it all comes down to good food, done properly, and looking after people the way we always have.
And don't worry, Bees Knees Catering isn't going anywhere. We'll still be out and about for all your catering needs, same as always.
We're aiming to open in October and we want to bring you along for the whole ride. Plenty of sneak peeks as Hive 190 comes together, the messy bits, the wins, all of it.
