This 2025 Honeypot Roussanne was made entirely with grapes from Helen and Mark O’Brien’s remarkable vineyard in the Barossa. A bright white gold, this w**e is as refreshing as that perfect spring day you are longing for right now.

Grown originally in Northern Rhône, Roussanne vines and w**es are steadily making friends in Australia. Ours gives you crispness and acidity along with lush fruit and an aroma that we think you will find very different from other white w**es. In short, this w**e says, let's get together and make friends in the sunshine.

As the air and the soil warms in the still-gentle sunlight, the vines will push forth their leaves and the story begins for the new vintage. And it is a moment of true wonder, savoured by w**emakers everywhere. What will this season, these vines, and the grapes still to come, bring?

If you love your Riesling, we're delighted to share that both of our Eden Valley Rieslings have been recognised in Young Gun of W**e's Deep Dive: Eden Valley's Best Riesling.

The tasting brought together every available Eden Valley Riesling for a blind assessment by leading sommeliers and w**e professionals, with each panellist selecting their top six w**es. We're incredibly proud that both our Wonderland of the Eden Valley Riesling 2025 and Enchanted Garden of the Eden Valley Riesling 2025 were chosen among those standout w**es.

Our Wonderland was celebrated for its expressive aromatics, vibrant freshness and remarkable depth, while Enchanted Garden impressed with its purity, mineral precision and beautifully persistent acidity. Together, they showcase two distinct expressions of one of Australia's finest Riesling regions.

We still find ourselves coming back to these words from Dave Brookes in Halliday W**e Companion on our March Hare of the Barossa Mataro, a w**e perfect for drinking now and keeping the winter chills at bay.✨

"Marananga mataro matured in seasoned French and American oak for 20 months. It's a spicy little minx with a cornucopia of medina spice suffusing down through the ripe plum, black cherry and boysenberry fruits. Hints of violets, peppercorn, cold tea, Christmas cake, biltong, medjool dates and earth. Weighty and savoury with deep fruit and a meaty complexity, dense, fine tannins and a fair showing of latent power as the w**e fades." - 95 Points.
