'Tis the season when tastebuds turn to delicate spring flavours. Asparagus, baby broadbeans, artichokes and snap-fresh snowpeas. Delicious indeed but with which w**es?

Quite a few spring greens will fight with w**e (it's a chemical thing) so we head straight to the best pairing we know: Sauvignon Blanc.

The 2026 Wishing Clock of the Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is made with grapes grown by Michelle Cox and John Good at Charleston and picked on a cool March morning earlier this year. Clear and bright, the aromas remind us of freshly fallen rain, while on the palate you will find hints of just-ripe fruits. In short, a w**e made to match your favourite dish featuring those special spring greens.

Fiano comes from the sun-drenched hills of southern Italy, so it’s no surprise it feels right at home in McLaren Vale. Warm days, cool sea breezes off the Gulf, and a Mediterranean climate make the Vale one of Australia’s most exciting places to grow it.

Our 2026 Love Letter from McLaren Vale Fiano comes from young vines right here in the Vale. We picked this year’s vintage on 27 March, and it’s bursting with honeysuckle aromas and bright, natural acidity.

When we designed our award-winning 'more than a cellar door' Wonder Room, we wanted everyone to be able to enjoy it.

We have designed the Wonder Room with accessibility in mind: we are fully wheelchair accessible (including toilets), no steps and lots of space inside for wheelchairs, walkers and prams. Our chairs have backrests and armrests. We can adjust our lighting for sensory sensitivities and we have communication aids including visual tasting cards and an audio guide.

Because our tastings are guided, you'll have personalised assistance on hand if you need it.

We want you to have a wonderful experience at the Wonder Room so we have done everything we can to make it possible. Wish you were here... and you could be.

Our Lioness of McLaren Vale Shiraz is an experienced traveller. Here in France, just one of the nations who know and love the w**es we make. It makes the whole team at Dandelion extremely proud to see our w**es in demand across the w**e-loving world.

This beauty is sourced from Angus and Helen Tuck's vineyard located in the subregion of Bakers Gully in McLaren Vale. Our w**emaker Elena Brooks picks whole bunches by hand and ferments them in open top fermenters, where ambient yeasts work their magic, before basket pressing and maturing in a mix of new and old French Oak barriques.

The Lioness is ready to play nicely now but will also reward cellaring.
