As it turns out, good things do come in threes. Welcoming our newest vintages: 2025 Grenache, GSM & Tempranillo ✨

The 2025 vintage in McLaren Vale delivered wines with incredible depth and character. A dry winter, cool spring switching into hot summer days that ripened the grapes earlier than usual. This concentrated the flavours beautifully.

Our 2025 ‘Secret Garden’ Grenache 🌸 a love letter to old bush vines and wild seasons. Grown organically in the sands of Blewitt Springs, it’s bright, fragrant, and full of soul. Raspberries, cherries, florals, and a whisper of cinnamon. Silky tannins and a fine cherry acidity carry it through to a long, graceful finish. Pure, elegant, and quietly powerful.

Our 2025 ‘La Vita Bella’ GSM 🍇 Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro marry together to deliver an experience that is, to put it simply, just lovely. The blend is centred around fruit-forward, lively grenache, while shiraz enriches the mid palate, and mataro adds rich texture and a subtle hint of spice, tying it all together. Well balanced and juicy with beautiful depth and complexity. One to be shared.

Our 2025 ‘The Moon is Bright’ Tempranillo 🍒 Juicy black cherries with liquorice and spice, followed by earth cocoa notes are all held together with silky tannins which provide a lengthy finish. This wine keeps you coming back for more.

Mi Amore is back🕯️🍝 An intimate, candlelit offering of Nonna’s Table (which is also SO back). Just you and your date, privately wining & dining on our double-decker bus.

An experience Dom & Elise dreamed up last season, that booked out the very same day. We are so glad to be bringing this back and we’ve now opened it up to groups of four, if you want to double-date or do something extra special with friends ❤️

Introducing our newest addition: The Signature Wine Room ✨

We’ve been busy building something special, and it’s finally here to share with you. A new space nestled within our Cellar Door, with views of the bus & flower gardens, of course.

This will be home to lots of exciting new experiences. The first? Our brand new tasting experience: ‘Aimez Beaucoup’🥂🍫

Enter our Signature Wine Room to freshly baked bread and artisan butter waiting on the table, before diving into a premium wine and chocolate paired tasting.

The room is yours exclusively while you wander through this perfectly balanced tasting curated by our wine makers, featuring chocolate from local chocolate maker, Max Collett of Trilbys Chocolate🍷

Golden Times Down The Rabbit Hole ✨our final (bonus) two weeks of the season are here.

Join us this Friday evening [April 17th] with the incredible , playing from 5:30pm-7pm.

We’ve got fresh pasta specials, platters and snacks as the live music fills the lawn. Wines flowing, holding onto these special nights just a few weeks longer. Just bring your loved ones (and a jacket as it’s been getting chillier as the sun dips).

Then next week [April 24th] we have Mojo Fox band to close the season out with a bang!

Golden Times, Down The Rabbit Hole ✨🍷

Live music on the lawn - our favourite way to welcome the weekend, every Friday until the end of April.

This week we welcome back 🎶 first set will start at around 5:30pm, with the second as the sun dips below the vines.

Think beautiful pastas, our famous cheeseboards and those crispy potatoes. No need to book, just head down.
