On Sunday 5 July, join us for *Bean to Bar, Grape to Glass* - a rare opportunity to discover how site, season, craftsmanship and flavour intersect in both wine and chocolate.
Together with Blewitt Springs’ own W***y Wonka - Max Collett from Trilby’s Chocolate, we’ll guide you through five single-origin chocolates sourced from some of the world’s most celebrated cacao-growing regions.
Painstakingly paired (it was hard work 😋) to five single-site, sustainable and delicious Aphelion Wines. Each introduced by Rob & Lou Mack, the faces behind the bottles.
From McLaren Vale Grenache to Vanuatu, Ecuador, Peru, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea cacao, every pairing tells a story of people, place and passion.
