Did you know ?

Still-edible, 3,000 year old honey was found in King Tutankhamen’s tomb when it was opened in 1922.

Because honey has near-zero moisture content and high acidity, bacteria and microorganisms cannot survive in it. When sealed in airtight clay vessels, it effectively preserves indefinitely.

FUN BEE FACT -
Bees dance to communicate: Honeybees perform a "waggle dance" to tell their hive mates the exact direction, distance, and quality of a food source relative to the sun. 💃 🐝

🍯 MYTH OR FACT: If your honey turns thick, cloudy, and grainy, has it gone bad?

❌ MYTH: It’s expired, spoiled, or fake.

✅ FACT: It’s actually 100% natural, pure, raw honey!
When honey hardens, it’s just crystallising. Honey is a super-packed mix of natural sugars (mostly glucose and fructose) and very little water. Over time, that glucose naturally separates from the liquid and forms solid crystals. In fact, if your grocery store honey never solidifies, it might be highly processed or heated to strip out the natural pollen.
How to fix it: Don't microwave it! 🚫 Just place your jar in a bowl of warm water (under 40°C) and stir gently until it melts back into golden liquid. Or use it as it is .
Have you ever thrown out a jar because of this? Let me know in the comments! 👇
