Good morning all.
Wailoaloa man here once again.

Just realised this could be a wonderful lyrics to a song...
Possibly have to BATORO the boys from the BAND and make them work their magic.

Certainly this week will be all about eating bora and bean and making soko mix for some and for others it will be all about Sausage and lamb chaiser wrapping up with roti and tin fish.

Anyways....
Let's get to the point. ( i always start talk about useless stuff)

With Diwali around the corner we have sort of all the ingredients needed to make various sweets ans savoury.
Along with punjas NZ ghee we are introducing a new range of KASHISH PURE NZ GHEE.
Also a few more Kashish range in garlic and ginger paste.
Also have in stock powdered milk for you baking and making mithai needs. ( i know you can get it cheaper at the supermarket, but I have it just incase you need it)

What else is there to tell???
Really can't think of anything ( possibly something will come to mind as soon as I hit the post button)

As you all know we are located in the same building as AZR AUTO SERVICES which is 567.
Just next to the pool shop on KEILOR RD,
and off the Calder freeway in NIDDRIE.

Post.

Sometimes I wonder if I chose the cup of tea instead of the first bowl of kava offered to me.
Maybe instead of the duniya calling me AJ the nagonchi they would be calling me Aj the chai ke lalchi.
(I am more of a coffee person)

Anyways...
Just some new products that came in this week.
( yes i got off my butt and put them on the shelves)

First for those who are not continuing the vegetarian days leading to ( you know what i mean) we have the NZ Lamb Chops in stock now.
Lamb Fore Quarter and BBQ cut chops are available along with vinays fiji style sausages.
Also sort of never ending stock of tin mutton for julum wala palusami mix or just simply dry fry with vinays dhalbhari Roti.

Also instock is some new arrivals for ( you definitely know what i mean) with lakshmi mata shingaar sets and packs of Diyas in various sizes to light up the homes.
Also in stock me what fiji wala samai...

Also our Cream Buns will be available from 10.37am tomorrow (Saturday) along with the fiji style long loaf bread and custard pies.

I think this all i need to say.
Hope this post is of use to you and actually makes sense.

As i stand and stare, the sun seems a bit hot.
So I shall sit under the shade and ponder if I miss those winter morning sun glare.

Good morning people of Melbourne.
Wailoaloa wala ladka here once again.

With this beautiful day ahead of us i shall wonder what i should tell you all today.
It seems like i am obligated to do a post this time every week.
( technically I should as I am running a business)

Anyways....

I can't really say nothing new came in this week.
There are a few items that came in and there will be a few that will come in later this week.

I shall tell you all about it once I get my lazy bum off this chair and actually put them up on the shelves.
(Don't blame me.. this chair is comfortable)

So stay tuned for the next post ( i know you all know it will be on friday)

In other updates... cream buns and loaf bread are not available today but will be in the weekend.

Rooster, duck, fiji style sausages ,tin mutton , tin fish are all available and well stock.
( i know which one i will start with. DO YOU???)

GOOOOOOOD MORNING
kaise kaise hai sab....

Ekk baar phir aa gaye hai Wailoaloa dukhaan wala ladka.
First of all i would like to wish all the teams taking part in the VFFA BOG tournament this weekend at endeavour sporting group.
May the best team win...

Any ways.....

As we pick up the play here at niddrie,
Making a move is the 200g peanut ruffs and the 200g ufos upon the red card of the extra cheese twisties and Dalo chips due to short supply.

Vinays fiji style sausages are netting up the bangers along with the murga from Navin jija ke farm.

Vik and bek pickle range is also holding up the defence in this Navratri times, and surely the cream buns and the custard pies along with the long loaf bread makes up the midfield ensuring easy flow of the game.

With the at most amazement the the man on the sideline running the show is no where to be seen possibly sitting next door at AZR AUTO SERVICES doing a 20c mix. ( bloody nagonchi)

(Or possibly making sure that the cream buns are ready by 10.34am)

Good morning Melbourne wasio.
Wailoaloa man once again with an absolute unwanted post.

As i sit and wonder.. ( haven't done that in a while)
What an amazing weekend that went by.

So much support shown with various Fiji Day celebrations definitely makes me believe we as Fiji are true to the banner blue.

Anyways...
Let's get on with what is yet come.

For those who are celebrating Navratri we have plenty vegetarian options available instore.
From Daruka, cowpeas, long bean, sekho, ota, breadfruit, jackfruit in our Frozen range we also have the vik and bek pickles including of bongo in masala, jackfruit pickle and kuchla, pawpaw kuchla, Karela kuchla.
With almost 23 different range in pickles, chutneys and kuchla definitely will complement any vegetarian dishes. (Well pickles makes it a bit easier to eat vegetarian..lol)

For those who are not celebrating Navratri, we also have the non vegetarian option of vinays fiji style sausages, tin mutton, tin fish and also fresh frozen rooster along with dalo, cassava, yams to finish of the BBQ plans.

I think i have covered all the basis that needs to be covered.
I shall now return back to doing absolutey nothing and hoping someone comes along for a 20 cent mix.

BULA BULA....
wailoaloa man here once again wishing all a very happy Fiji Day.

A big big vinaka vakalevu to the awesome work done by the Fijian association of Victoria for hosting a Fiji day event in thornbury.
We salute you for you efforts to bring the larger fijian community in Melbourne together..

Upon the arrival of the new kuchla range from Vik and Beks we are proud to introduce a new range of product from our bakery section.

Introducing the mighty Custard Pie..

They say little things come in small sizes ( something like that)
Our custard pies are made to be enjoyed individually whilst shopping instore or forced into a conversation with me( I dont really talk as much)

As per usual our Cream Buns and long loaf bread will be available from 11.45am today and available until sold out.
(Obviously if all sold then no will be left)

Since Fiji day is just around the corner we here at wailoaloa shopping centre would like to wish all the communities out there that will be celebrating Fiji Day in their respective ways.

Weather its a all night partying with Batoro Band or just a kava barrell night with friends.
Weather its a lovo drive or simply a beautiful church service.
We wish all a happy Fiji Day.

No matter how many years we have been in this country, our hearts will still belong under the noble banner blue.

Anyways....

Since it is Fiji day we here at wailoaloa dukhaan will have most of your Fiji day cooking needs.
No, nothing will be on sale ( no point reducing 50c on a product and calling it special Fiji day sale)

We have pretty much most of the products that we had last week and possibly nothing new will be coming in this week.
( maybe a fresh batch of Rooster)

Good morning Melbourne

Wailoaloa man once again coming live from wailoaloa dukhaan which is located in NIDDRIE just past the pool shop on KEILOR ROAD from building number 567.

As i was standing and staring at the shop name board filled with water drop i could help wonder what a beautiful day today is...

( i know its raining like crazy, but can't be crazy then paying $45 for a haircut when you are basically bold)

What makes today special is we welcome Master Saleem who will be preforming tonight organised by Rajneeta Indus Age Melbourne and DJ Shanil.

And on the other we welcome the Great Kalakaar Master Shiu Dayal to be taking the stage with Dhiraj Chand Rambo in the Bhajan sangraha organised by the Raag raam ras group.

And also WAILOALOA volleyball team lead by my son Shivaan Kumar taking part in the fiji day volleyball competition organised by Oreti Lutu in Reservoir

Wish all the teams good luck...

Anyways....
Let me tell you a bit about the shop.

Well....
Nothing exciting has come in except a new batch of Rooster.
Vinays fiji style sausages are also available.
And well the cream buns will be filled with cream and available from 10.32am along with long loaf bread.

A big shout out to all the teams that have travelled NZ for the Sanatan tournament.
Either it's the soccer team or the volleyball team we wish you all the best and hope to see the trophies comeback to Melbourne..

In terms of the shop....

Nothing new has come in this week and hopefully we will have some new products coming in the following weeks.

Really there is nothing much to tell so I shall just stop the essay.

Hello hello....
Happy long weekend to everyone

Wailoaloa man here again.

With the Afl grand final tomorrow i know most of you are excited but well would have been better if one Victorian team be in it.

Better luck next year.....

Anyway.....
Just a quick update on the new stock arrival.

A wide range of vik and bek pickle just made it to the shelves
Apart from the many ranges we had instore about 6 new ranges came in.

Jackfruit pickle
Jackfruit kuchla
Pawpaw kuchla
Karela kuchla
Bongo chilli in masala
Sweet lemon pickle
Garlic chilli chutney

That bring the total of 28 different pickles, chutneys and kuchla

Along with that a few more new products arrived instore.
Vinays sausages are in stock and along with the fresh frozen rooster and Muscovy duck.

Cream buns and long loaf bread will be available from 10.30am tomorrow.
