It’s been a very busy week in the Sweet Caroline kitchen, with thousands of R U OK? Day cookies moving through production.

There are many stages behind every finished cookie, and when the quantities increase, consistency matters even more.

That’s where our systems, processes and fabulous team come into their own. Every step is carefully managed so the last cookie receives the same attention as the first.

Handcrafted at scale takes planning, precision and plenty of teamwork, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This year, our R U OK? Day collection includes embossed cookies, custom-branded cookies, our new chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes, giving workplaces a few different ways to mark the day thoughtfully.
