Today reminded me that what I do isn’t just about catering & grazing… it’s about people 💜
I had the privilege of visiting a beautiful young girl named Dotty who is currently fighting leukemia. And in that moment, none of the stress, the orders, or the busy days mattered. What mattered was seeing her smile.
Her face was so priceless… seeing her so happy truly made my day, and it’s a memory I will never forget. A simple moment, but one that will stay with me forever.
Sometimes we get so caught up in the business side — the bookings, the setups, making everything look perfect — but experiences like this bring you back to what truly counts. It’s about creating moments, even the smallest ones, that can bring comfort, joy, and a little bit of light into someone’s day.
Because at the end of the day, it’s never just about catering… it’s about connection, compassion, and making someone smile when they need it most.
