I was told by friends to open this 24+ hours in advance of consumption, in readiness of having and over tomorrow to join me and for a white Burgundy 'North to South' tasting. So, here I am at 10am doing a brekkie tasting on the PnP.

Background aroma notes of oat milk latte. On the palate bland dark wheat flavours overwhelm, augmented with textural elements of cardboard.

Somm Christina aced it by sourcing an imperial-sized bottle of the 2015 Roda I.

If you are reading this in time, both producers have a Melbourne-based masterclass at early this afternoon. Check the PWS website to check if there are spaces left. It's worth it. The wines are imported by .

Marvellous evening, and a privilege to meet from Bodegas Luis Pérez, and Victor Charcán from Bodegas Roda.
