We’re about half way through citrus season and the favourites have well and truly revealed themselves. Cara Cara oranges and Sumo mandarins are firmly in the spotlight- both sweet, juicy and proving exactly why they’re two of our citrus favourites. Long-time friend of QUEEN’S HARVEST and Michelin-starred Jacopo Degli Esposti from La Madonna Restaurant & Bar shares his techniques for creating the perfect silky black truffle spaghetti.
