Slow Cooker Creamy Shakshuka Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes 🍅✨

Ingredients:

* 2 chicken breasts
* 1 pack Exotic Bazaar Shakshuka Meal Base
* 200g sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* Salt & pepper
* 1 cup thickened cream
* 1 cup cooked rice, to serve

Method

1. Place the chicken breasts into your slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
2. Add the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and pour over the Shakshuka Meal Base.
3. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
4. Stir through the cream 20–30 minutes before serving.
5. Shred the chicken (or leave whole) and stir through the creamy sauce.
6. Serve over fluffy rice and enjoy!
