Over the past few days, Murray Dairy - Young Dairy Network & Young Dairy Network Gippsland have come together for a tour of Northern Victoria 🐮

Last night the group heard from Sam Marwood from Cultivate Farms who geared the group to think creatively about pathways to farm ownership and opened their minds to the various people that could partner with young farmers to allow farm ownership happen 🌱

The group then got to hear first hand from YDN member Glenn Carmichael and Fonterra’s Matt Trevaskis about Glen’s personal transition from working on the farm, to leasing and now the last step into farm ownership 🙌
