Thats exactly how it started. Miss-matched jars In my kitchen. With no intention of starting a business. Just the intention of making something cleaner for my family.
And yes
That’s $1.1 million in sales.

And I know what some people will say.
“Some businesses make that in a year.”
“Some people go viral and make that overnight.”
“Oh you were just lucky.”

But this isn’t their story. It’s mine.
This business was built from my kitchen.
It was built while I was raising a family.
While navigating life, grief and circumstances I could never have imagined.
While dealing with the devastating murder of one of my very best friends.

While still getting up, making the next batch, packing the next order and believing in what I had created.

There was no overnight viral moment.
There was no big investor.
No huge team.
No shortcut.

Just a simple recipe, a kitchen, a lot of hard work and a belief that what I was making had a place in Australian homes.

I don’t see myself as a victim.
I see a woman who kept going through things that could easily have made her stop.🛑
And as for luck?🍀
I am grateful. Deeply grateful.
But I also know how many early mornings, late nights, sacrifices, mistakes, lessons and moments of doubt sit behind that $1.1 million.
I believed in what I was doing.
I trusted the path God put in front of me.
And little by little, one bottle and one family at a time, a business that started in my kitchen became Elderberry Blends Australia.
So yes, I’m proud of that $1.1 million.
Not simply because of the number.
But because I know the woman who had to become strong enough to build it 🩷🩷
