We curated a drinks menu grounded in WelleCo supplements including a Super Elixir milk punch in collaboration with Joe Jones, garnished with Longevity Elixir ‘dew’ and a series of canapés inspired by the brand, and founder herself Elle Macpherson 🌱

We had the privilege of catering the first humankindevents - a movement by one of my personal heroes Lucinda McKimm at Ellison Studios

Inspired by the poem, “Please use AI” by Shawn Smucker we asked the brilliant panellists to share their fondest IRL food memories and received an overwhelming response… from a Filipino soup recipe (Sinigang) made under the tutelage of a dear friend, the incomparable comfort of a Self-saucing Pudding and the unbridled childhood cheer of a Honey Joy.

When shopping for ingredients at Prahran Market we learned of tips for best the Sinigang, in turn inspiring another shopper to try it for herself. I learned later she’d come back in the same week to gather ingredients and make it again.

This was more than just catering. This is what it’s all about. Thank you Lucinda McKimm for the reminder ♥️ AI could never 😉
